Alan, a long time Tucsonan, started the agency with his father over 35 years ago. When not running the business, Alan likes watching James Bond movies and spending time near large bodies of water like lakes and oceans; but his Desert Tortoise pets are native to our dry climate. In addition to being the Co-Owner and CFO of the agency, Alan works on Small Commercial, Farm and Ranch, and Risk Management. Alan has the proven skills and experience needed to serve you well.

Michelle has more than 30 years of experience in insurance. How she joined Martin Insurance Consultants, married Alan and eventually became Co-Owner and the agency’s General Manager, is a story unto itself. She enjoys get-a-ways to large bodies of water, fishing, camping and baking. She shares the tortoises with Alan and when she isn’t training team members, she works on Small Commercial, Fire Department, Water District, HOA, School District, and Special Program accounts. Michelle has the skills and experience to serve her clients well, plus an exceptionally strong desire to make sure that everyone in the agency does what is best for you.

Willie works in Personal Lines and has been with us for more than 5 years, having had a wide variety of life experiences that have prepared him to work in insurance. He loves fishing and watching football in his spare time, and counts camping in the Ozarks for a week as his favorite vacation. Like everyone else at Martin Insurance Consultants, Willie takes his responsibility to serve you to the best of his ability very seriously, and is striving to become even better at what he does. He openly states that he gets great satisfaction knowing that he has insured someone with the right level of coverage through the best company.

Call the office before noon, and the cheery voice on the other end of the line will likely be Sue answering our phones and gathering information for quotes. She has a strong sense of customer service and enjoys working with people. In her previous life, Sue was a professional organizer. Today, her talents are put to good use working ‘behind the scenes’ on myriad office projects from creating various tracking spreadsheets to helping proof and edit written material. Sue spends her free time serving at her church, reading crime novels, fishing on occasion, and Facetiming with her grandchildren.

Born in Puerto Rico, Carlos has been developing and implementing advertising and marketing efforts for various industries such as automotive, health, insurance, and finance for over 10 years. He has also had the opportunity to work in the Caribbean, U.S. East Coast and U.S. West Coast. Carlos is very passionate about technology, photography, cooking and spending time with family and friends. His effervescent personality, charm, and colorful sense of humor make him a wonderful fit for our agency and as our Marketing Guru.
